1: The scale size

2: The CAD plan, elevation, section, landscape and site planning drawing

3: 3d rendering or sketch-up drawing

4: Other special requirements for the landscape, light and base etc

Process for model making

1: Quoting – Various option and sizes within 24 hours, usually within 3-5 hours after getting all drawings

2: Model Spec Document – We create a comprehensive model spec document outlining the work to be done, building specifications, colors, materials, logo etc, we work with you and the rest of the development team to compile this (files we need: CAD or 3D sketch-up is ok)

3: Building – We will start the build and send photo for sign off along the way and at key milestones, getting feedback, comments and signs off along the way

4: Finishing and Shipping – We get final approval from you before we start the finishing/Glossing

5: Delivery – We deliver the model to where it need to be by air or sea with wooden carton
