Handling methods

After installation, the vacuum pump cannot start when powered on

Check if there is virtual connection or missed connection

in the electric circuit and if there is any looseness of electric parts.

Frequency converter overload warning and machine stopping occur repeatedly

in the vacuum pump when the system is running

Adjust the frequency converter parameters to appropriate values.

After adjustable check if large amounts of steam or organic solvents and dust enter the pump list.

If any of the above problems is found, carry out the cleaning process or notify the manufacturer’s after-sales personnel for handling.

The noise increases , the vibration amplitude enlarges and the current goes too high

in a sudden when the pump is in use.

Without influencing the running of the system, check if the top bearing of the pump is damaged or air leakage outside the system occurs.

If the above faults have been found to be caused due to materials accumulated inside the pump cavity over a long time,

it is recommended to stop the machine to clean the pump or nptify the manufacturer’s after-sales personnel.

The time and pressure in the pump cannot meet process requirements

after the system runs

Check if there is any leakage in the system.Check if there is any noise when the pump is running.

Pump system running on time after pressure cannot meet the process requirements

Check the cooling water pump of water problem is guaranteed within 35 degrees;

Check whether there is a lot of water vapor into the internal cavity,

or solvent such as found that the pump condenser cooling water temperature is too high, and the condenser is not a cooling effect.

Stopped normally for a period of time after the pervious work has been finished,

the vacuum pump cannot be started again

Check if the pump has been cleaned and scavenged before stopped last time.

There is the turning hole at the top of the pump.Through forward and backward turning, the pump is made to rotate freely.

At the time, start the vacuum pump again to carry out cleaning once and then run it normally.

If turning cannot be carried out, it indicated that there are too many materials accumelated in the cavity.

Please clean them away manually or notify the manufacturer’s after-sales personnel for assistance in the handling
