MP2307DN monolithic synchronous buck regulator. The device integrates adjustable MOSFET, can provide 3A continuous load current over a wide range of input voltages from 4.75V to 23V, control MP2307DN current mode provides fast transient response and cycle by cycle current limit. An adjustable soft start can prevent the surge current on or off mode, the MP2307DN supply current is less than 1 μ A.
