Tipes of Ice Cream Maker for Your Referance:
1. Clean Cooling Tank
Every day, you should clean the cooling tank once in order to keep health and guarantee the machine parts’ working life.
2. Clean Machine Body
In order to keep machine body clean, you can use warm towels to wipe the the outside body and remove stains. Do not use water to rinse it in case appliances malfunction occurs!
3. Clean Condenser
Condenser will be attached with dust after working for a period of time and affect the cooling efficiency. So you can clean it one time every three months or half a year, that depends on the circumstance.
Power source must be put off before cleaning. Do not damage the condenser fin. Use the soft brush and hair dryer can make the condenser clean.
4. Transmission Adjustment
Stirring system belt can be stretched after using a long time, and a little phenomenon maybe occurs, such as belt skidding and machine suddenly shut down after running a while. This needs adjust the belt.
Power must be shut down before adjusting the belt!
5. Disinfection and Cleaning
Please do disinfection and cleaning when you buy a new machine in order to guarantee the health. This can be separated into two parts.
Part One: Stirring Cooling Tank Cleaning
Take out the stirring shaft and use the water with a bit of disinfectant to soak it for about 10 to 15 minutes, the use clean water remove the disinfectant fully. Use the towel attached with disinfectant wipe the cooling tank one time and then use clean towel to wipe some time. Finally, assemble the stirring shaft well.
Part Two: Hopper Cleaning
After the ice cream machine is powered, pour the water with a little disinfectant and food washing liquid into the the ice cream machine, use the towel to wipe the hopper, then press the clean button on the operation panel. The machine stirring system starts, pour out the water after about 1 minute, then pour clean water repeatedly to wash till the there is no any odor with the out water, then press the stop button. Wipe the hopper around with dry towel.
6. Ice Cream Machine Transportation
Do not tilt the machine more than 30 degree during the transportation. Please try to use put it some time and then use it after moving inclined, this main concern is the refrigerant reflux. Once the refrigerant re-flux into the compressor, the compressor may be damaged while starting the machine.
So, please pay attention that Ice cream machine mustn’t be placed flat or handling!
7. Cooling System Test
Connect the power after cleaning the machine well. Turn on the ice cream machine switch and the digital tube show 00 word. Press the start button(without putting into materials), the number on the digital display panel will change at this time, you can hear the voice of the compressor starting within about 5 seconds. Then observe whether number on the digital tube change upward(if it is temperature-controlled, number will changing down). Cooling system is operating normally if the number continuous change occurs, at this time, stop it immediately because it could cause freezing cylinder if the machine operates empty without materials for a long time. For a long time without any changes show that there is a problem with the refrigeration or the control panel circuit.
If there is no digital tube or the digital controlled circuit is damaged, the most effective method to test whether the cooling system is operating normally is to insert the dispensing valve(front splice valve), and remove the stirring shaft, operate the machine and directly touch the cooling tank and feel whether the temperature changes.
You can pour the good pulp into the ice cream machine to start your first making if the ice cream machine cooling system is normal, and at this time, you should adjust the hardness and softness of ice cream.
8. Pulp Configuration
Choose the appropriate powder and mix uniformly in proportion, completely dissolved. Pulp should not be caked. Proportion of powder and water is usually 1:3, but varies from different powder.
A: Proportion of powder and water should be standard. Much water will cause agitator and belt damage, noise increase. Otherwise, water shortage will cause that the ice cream can not be molded within the set temperature range.
B: Temperature of pulp into the machine should be between 3~35 degree because too low or too high all affect normally use.
C: Refrigerated residual pulp every other day should not be directly poured into the machine to produce and should blended with the new material to use.
