DUCT MANUFACTURE COMPACT LINES

Comifo provides compact lines for small and medium sized duct factories and duct installation contractors. Compact lines can be either a stand alone system or the start of a complete automatic fabricating system. It is the starter of duct manufacturers,also it can be taken right to the consctruction site. Their control systems adopt specific software and realize one person operation,which saves labor cost.

Features:

• Modular design allows adding a section at a time, can be upgraded to Auto Line VI, Auto Line VII or Auto Line VIII.
• Motor driven decoiling, selectable coils stand by, maximum capacity of 5-ton per station (optional: up to 10-ton per station)
• Straightening/flattening-Pneumatic controlled straightener
• Pneumatic controlled ring type beading rolls with five beading rings, which can be removed
• Pittsburgh lock forming type 2 (forming pittsburgh lock, forming right angle lock and cutting simultaneously)
• Optimizes floor space by inline position of machines, guarantees high efficiency
• Accurate PLC control unit, preset available profiles and folding style, notching size, punching size, cutting dimension on touchscreen
