Packing:

1. Standard export cartons.

2. Upright is packed by bubble film, layer board is packed in cartons, each parts are packed separately.

3. Help you to print or stick shipping marks and logos on the cartons if necessary.

Shipping terms: 

1. Loading port: Shanghai, China main port.

2. Delivery time: 10-15 days for one 20'GP; 20-25 days for 40'HQ ( after received your deposit )

Our material is cold rolled steel.

Q2. What is the packing of your products?
Common packing is by cartons, upright is used by bubble film.

Q3. What is the payment terms available to you?
We accept 30%TT deposit, 70% balance before delivery. 

Q4. What kind of surface treatment of your goods?
Our surface treatment is powder coated.

Q5. How can we get some sample for reference?
For customized products, we are honor to offer you it, but sample fee as well as the freight fee should be charged by you.

Q6.  I like your design, but couldn't find the right model from the products cataloge, is customized size available?
Yes, we are good at producing products according to your design.

Q7.  I would like to have my own design products and qty is not big, is it ok?
Yes, we can go with your customized design, no matter small or big qty. However, pls understand the cost will be different.

Q8.  What should I do if the products have any quality problems?
