4. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factories are located in Yuzhou,Henan, that is one of the biggest ceramic manufacturing base in China, it takes about 2 hours from Zhengzhou Airport to the factory. We will pick you up at airport and then driving you to our factory.

5.How can I get a sample to check your quality?

If you have freight collect express account such as UPS, Fedex, DHL etc. we can send the samples to you by collect, and Samples’ cost is for free.

6.How long can I expect the sample?

Usually 7-14 days to prepare the samples.

7.What is the lead time for mass production?

Usually 30 - 45 days after we get the deposit or confirmed L/C.

8.What’s your items of delivery?

We accept EXW,FOB,CFR,CIF,etc. you can choose the most convenient and cost effective for you.

9. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

About Quality control, the factories will have the quality inspection teams when producing at each step, if there are any failed products, they just throw them out of the producing line.
