This machine is suitable to measurably fill the ointment materials with high viscosity and poor flowability. It does the filling pneumatically, its hopper and the cylinder both are thermally preserved with electrically heated circulating water. The hopper is equipped with a frame mixing system.The machine is easy to clean and operate, conforming to GMP standards.

This machine is controlled by hand, easy to operate, and made of stainless steel. It is filling volume is 0-70g, the stainless steel hopper volume is 10kg.

Operation manual and video demonstration sent along with the machine to give instructions. Besides, we have professional after-sale group to customer’s site to solve any problems.
