he machine is designed for cosmetic powders, which is appliable for compacting molding of powders foundation and eye shadows etc.  It is easy -to-use, safe and realiable and high in efficiency.

Characteristics

1 It depends on the production suitation or user's requirements to select manual way to automatic way.

2  Time of compaction is adjustable.

3  The design is keeping powder to be compacted for a long time so as to let air out of powder completely.

4  Powder compact counting function can set up the pressing board working times, which suit for more       materials.

5  It is necessary to press down the bush button with both hands stimultaneously to start it up to ensure the safety of the operator.

Structure and performance

1 Machine adopt heavy-aluminium material which confirm to mechanic priciple, the appearance is beautiful after careful design.

2 Stainsteel(316L) material barrel with two jackets(both polished) seperate oil heating. The material berrel adopt mixing and temperature control.

3 Filling part adopt  mechanical movement, advanced motor make the machine filling with high precision, revoloving angel reach0.02 degree.

4  Fully-auto control system, simple human-computer interface make operation easier.As for heating aspect, adopt high-tech temperature control which simultaneously control 20 units of temperature, avoild troublesome and comples of single control ,this bring stable and execllent heating system.

Operation manual and video demonstration sent along with the machine to give instructions. Besides, we have professional after-sale group to customer’s site to solve any problems.

We will send extra sets of spares and accessories (such as sensors, heating bars, gaskets, O rings, coding letters). Non-artificial damaged spares will be sent freely and shipping free during 1 year’s warranty.
