This machine is suitable for the cap screwing of different shapes of bottles in the industries of foodstuff, pharmaceuticals,daily chemical, pesticide and cosmetics,etc. Its four adjustable speed motors are used respectively for cap suppling, bottle clamping,delivering and cap screwing.It is characterized by high level of automation, outstanding stability,easy adjustment, no need of spare parts for replacing bottle types of caps, which can be done only by making adjustment,(If fitted with capping machine, it may carry out automatic capping.)

The above machine which we supply to you, we can give you one year after sales warranty, we can also send our engineer to you factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the means for Seller’s engineer. We will send some free set of spare parts for you change it.

30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment. but we also accept west union.

Operation manual and video demonstration sent along with the machine to give instructions. Besides, we have professional after-sale group to customer’s site to solve any problems.

We will send extra sets of spares and accessories (such as sensors, heating bars, gaskets, O rings, coding letters). Non-artificial damaged spares will be sent freely and shipping free during 1 year’s warranty.
