When different granularity of powder material by suppressing the indoor feeding device import driving rotating die and driven rotating roller between pre compression zone, the material with a certain degree of loose, within the pore sizes, driven by rotational molding and extrusion, sliding and rolling movement between powder particles, powder particles between the pore with the die and roller rolling gradually decreases, and the internal stress and material density increase, from point contact surface contact between the powder material. When the stress reaches a certain value, the density of the material to the expected, high density material from pre compression area into the extrusion area,shift from elastic deformation to plastic deformation ,material internal presents the flow characteristics, and began to enter the die hole. Because powder extrusion belongs to the mechanical gearing, between the increase of contact area between powder particles, the characteristics of material itself and after quenched and tempered the bondability, lead to the material in the die hole pressure after a certain time, to the expected density and strong.
