3. What are the features of the machines?

1) Fixed-table design provides machines best loading capacity, which is most suitable for giant-workpiece application and machining quality is guaranteed.

2) Moving-column design largely saves the footprint and features perfect accessibility for loading/unloading workpiece.

3) Comprehensive applications perfectly satisfy any machine requirement from various industries.

4) The machine is designed with super body carrying overweight and super large columns. The beam is designed as a box type to have larger support capacity (the guideways are strengthened). The design for the head of the machine is arranged integrity with great rigidity, to achieve heavy duty cutting of the molds for large parts.

5) The machine has the founction of milling, boring, drilling, tapping and sinking. It is widely used for automobile sheet metal mold, plastic mold, precision machinery parts and aerospace and shipbuilding. By mounting extra milling head, it can realize the five-face processing at one time of clamping, serving several purposes.

6) The machine body is made of high strength inoculated cast ironand high quality resin bonded sand, which is treated by multiple aging techniques to ensure the rigidity and stability of the machine tool.
