Windows XP System Sound Wave measured Ultrasonic Imager
Operating Principle and Application Range
The sound wave is measured on the basis of transmitter and receiver. Generally, it is of single-transmission and double-receiving mode. The high-voltage pulse makes the transmitter emit the acoustic signal. The acoustic signal is received by two receivers at an interval through rock mass or well wall and converted into the electric signal. The collector will collect the electric signal, display the waveform, and judge the head wave amplitude and head wave take-off point time value etc., so as to determine the wave velocity.
It is mainly used for ultrasonic detection (including, but not limited to, single-hole sonic logging, cross-hole sonic logging, and cross-hole ultrasonic imaging measurement) and non-destructive test of rock mass and concrete etc. The measured values can be used as the mechanical parameters to know the rock mass and concrete in the construction quality inspection and acceptance of foundation, subgrade, pile foundation, well lane, tunnel, reservoir, dam, culvert and concrete construction. In addition, it is an important means of project site evaluation, work quality inspection, and determination of stratum characteristics and rock formation physical property.
Function and Feature:
1 The mode of one-transmission and four-receiving is permissible for ultrasonic CT imaging measurement (special process software is required);
2. The well logging is of one-transmission and double-receiving mode;
3. The mode of single-transmission and double-receiving.
The system is based on windows XP system, with simple and easy operation. The shortcut menu is convenient and visible. The software can automatically store the full wave and depth-time data file (text file) and time-speed curve without data post-processing, and directly print or generate BMP pictures at the site.
