1) Samples are charged and will be sent within 3 business days after the payment is received.

2) Orders for products with JG logo: 14 business days.For ODM orders, the lead time is about 30 days. If you have any parts to be made or special requirements, such as material, tolerance and surface treatment, please feel free to send your kind drawings.

3) Products will be sent through UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and USPS or as requested.

4) For Sample Order, we require full payment before producing.

5) For Bulk Order: 30% deposit paid for the confirmation of the order and 70% paid before shipment.
