XY-44A is the core drilling machine mainly designed for PDC and cemented carbide drilling, widely used in geological, metallurgical, coal exploring, hydrological, engineering industries etc, also can be used engineering geological exploration, shallow oil and gas exploitation, mine tunnel ventilationdrainage, water well drilling and pile foundation engineering etc.

Main Features:

1. Multiply number of speeds (12 forward speeds and 2 reverse speeds) and reasonable range of speeds, maximum 8000N.m torque at low speed.
2. 93mm spindle inner diameter, double cylinder oil feeding, 600mm travel, high technological adaptability, suits large diameter wire-line coring, provides high drilling efficiency.
3. Using high quality Chinese automobile 6T46 gearbox, provides mature technology, stable quality, super overload capacity and excellent after-sale services.
4. Using belleville spring tighten, hydrocylinder loosen, three clips self centering hydraulic chuck.
5. Using gear pump oil feeding system, provides simple assembling, easy operation, low power consumption, stable working performance. System contains hand-operated oil pump, you can take the drilling tool out manually when power is out.
6. Both naturally aspirated engine (81kw) and turbocharging engine (105kw) available.
7. Low barycenter and 460mm long machine sliding distance provides good stability during high-speed drilling.

Packing information:

The main frame will be packed with raincoat, and other drilling tools and accessories will be packed in wooden case. Specific packing will be provided before shipping.
