HGD-1000 full hydraulic power head drill is a new full hydraulic core drill which can replace equal imported production and performance-price ration is more outstanding, which is developed by Hunan Flydisc New Material Co., Ltd with modular design technology by referring to full hydraulic advanced technology of home and abroad and combining with years of drill design experiences. Hydraulic and mechanical system of drill applies mature and advanced technology, and hydraulic system applies load-sensitive control system, equipped with hydraulic components with high degree of reliability, and mechanical shift system adopts synchronous gear shift remote operation, which are widely used in a variety of drilling technology e.g. alloy, diamond drilling and wire line core drilling, etc. The whole machine has the advantages e.g. big power of engine,big output torque, high working efficiency, flexibility, good stability and multifunction, etc.

Features:
1)The capacity of main hoist is increased, which is up to 6800kg;
2)Transmission is synchronous shift, which is in remote operation. The operating handles are set in front of the console, which makes it easy to control all parts of the entire machine.
3)There is an angle ruler to facilitate the angle change, and chassis is equipped with a level instrument. Main load sensitive valves are pilot handle control. The layout of oil tube inside console is simple which facilitate the maintenance of oil circuit.
4)Cooler is separate oil pump and motor driving fan cooling, which is different from the cooling method of common diesel fan cooling, with a good cooling effect and effectively protect the hydraulic components well.
5)Spiral polyurethane spring imported from Japan is used as chuck clamping force component to replace traditional disk spring. Global stress of this kind of spring in load is relatively uniform with a high fatigue strength and long service life.
