 Cu-Pb Bimetallic Material & Bearing Bushes

As a bearing material for the manufacturing of environment-friendly gas-engine, Cu-Pb   bimetallic material is prior to the others due to its virtue of fatigue strength, load-capacity, bounce impact force and wear-resistance.  The material is widely used for connecting rod lever and thrust washer on high-power and high rotating speed automobile engine, as well as turnover bushes on mechanical equipment.

 

The bearing bushes are widely used for automobile engine parts, such as cownnecting rod lever, rocker arm and cam, gear box, motorcycle, hydraulic pump, engineer machinery, compressing machinery, as well as agriculture machinery.

There are four types of the product series: hatch, fibula, trapeze and turnover.
