STEP1 Before production

A: Wet paper elongation. It refers to the changes of the paper fiber before and after putting into water. Wet paper elongation is generally 2% to 3%.

B: Basis weight (gram). It refers to the paper weight per one square meter and the general basis weight is 80g per square meter and 100g per square meter.

C: Covering rate. It refers to the covering paper area on the wall.

STEP2: During Production

To check the defects on the surface of wallpapers, longer platform is used which can slow down the speed of wallpaper. During the production, inspectors will cut two pieces wallpaper in different time to compare the color and quality.

We operate strictly according to the process and will inspect samples, including:
A . Color
B . Seamless test
C . Abrasion resistance test
D .Water-proof test
E Aging test

STEP3:After production

After production, samples of every batch will be inspected carefully and once poor quality is found, we will arrange the whole inspection. Products with poor quality will be destroyed and is prohibited from entering the market.
