In production: At each stage of production, each question posed by the customers will be replied in a timely manner. You are enabled to fully understand the production progress and scheduled time of delivery.

After production: The photos will be forwarded to you for confirmation after the completion of production, the balance shall be paid upon confirmation ( 3d wallpaper ). 1. How to ship bulk cargo?

2. What is the payment mode?

4. Can you provide samples for free?

Free samples are available to test the quality of the products, and you only need to pay the freight.

5. If quality problems are found upon receipt of goods: 

If quality problems of products occur, you are required to send us photos or video that illustrates the problem under the condition that the packaging is not damaged. Replacement products will be sent to you in the next delivery. 

6. What is the minimum order quantity?

7. Can you provide the wallpaper glue for free?

Sorry, we can’t, but EPRO provides some wallpaper glues with great testing effect for your selection.
