Acuvim-L Series Synopsis:

The Acuvim-L series is frequency meter by Accuenergy. These meters provide excellent value for monitoring power and energy management systems. The Acuvim-L series may be used as data gathering devices for intelligent power distribution or plant automation systems. All monitored data is available via a standard digital RS485 communication port running the Modbus RTU protocol. With a wide range of models to choose from, the Acuvim-L series offers unparalleled value and functionality.

Applications:

Digital Input (DI) –

Used for monitoring Electric Switch status or can be used as a Pulse Counter reading pulses from Energy, Water or Gas meters.

Digital Output (DO) –

Used for Over Limit Alarming or an Energy Pulse Output.

RS485 Port –

The Acuvim-DL/EL models are able to accommodate an additional RS485 port (running MODBUS RTU protocol). This allows the meters to have dual connectivity such as required in a slave/master configuration.

Profibus Port –

The Acuvim-DL/EL model are able to accommodate Profibus communication. This capability allows the meter to be integrated into various applications such as integration with a Siemens PLC.
