High Precision Manual Screen Printer SP30C
Field-proven by numerous users, the SP30C brings precision and performance to a sensibly priced manual printer. Without requiring tools, setup is easily accomplished. Adjustable tooling pins ensure repeatability and quick changeover from one board to the next. Following X, Y and Theta adjustment to provide accurate alignment, solder paste is easily printed with the included easy-grip squeegee.Bottom supports provide stability of larger or flexible PCBs throughout the printing process.
The functional design of the SP30C also allows the frame-mounted stencil to swivel into position to meet the PCB. An included magnetic fixture kit is used for two-sided boards. SP30C may be easily transported and placed on any worktable. It can handle boards up to 400x 300mm.Board supports and an assortment of tooling pins. Note: A framed stencil is required but not included.

Assembling of the SP30C Manual Stencil Printer: 1. Assembling: Unscrew one nut from each of the two long metal bars. 2. Align the two black metal bars with the two holes on the back of the screen printer base. Let them go through the holes. Put the nuts back onto the two metal bars beneath the base. 3. Adjust the position of the stencil clapping fixture by moving the nuts on the two vertical bars up or down. It is best to check the position with a stencil frame. Operation: 1. Mount the stencil by tightening the clamps on the back of the stencil printer. 2. Align the PCB with the stencil by using the four L shaped blocks supplied. 3. Fine adjustment is achieved by turning the knobs around the base. Z direction adjustment knob is at the back. 4. Apply a thin layer of solder paste. Too much paste will cause short circuits.
