Ice bag provides fast effective treatment for bruises, swelling, strains and muscle pains by molding around the effected area. The pleated design allows the bag to conform even to those awkward areas of the body including knees, elbows, ankles and shoulders. The bag can be used for both hot and cold application. For hot application the water should not exceed 55 degrees C. Open the top, fill the bag to three quarters full. Use a cloth between the bag and the effected area. For cold application; Open the top and fill the bag with ice cubes, crushed ice or cold/chilled water. Only use for a maximum of 20mins at one time.
