Brief Introduction

Hydraulic Double-pot Thermoplastic Melting Kneader is one of the key machines for the construction of thermoplastic marking at present. With hydraulic drive as well as positive and reverse rotation controlled by multi-way reversing valve, the melting speed gets faster. It is mostly used in the construction of marking at the sites where fast melting is required such as freeway, State Highway, Provincial Highway etc.

l  The diesel engine and the hydraulic kneader are placed horizontally. The more reasonable position for installation of components makes the area covered by hydraulic kneader smaller; when the electric start of diesel engine is ineffective, it is convenient to be changed to manual start in time.

lThe step less speed changing multi-way reversing valve can control the helical blades to stir independently clockwise or counterclockwise to move paints up and down and make it melted faster. The feeding and melting of newly fed paints is also sped up.

l  The overhead hydraulic thermoplastic kneader can further save the area covered by hydraulic kneader, and hold more paints. It is suitable for clients’ use on small freight truck and for quick melting of paints
