Feeding Part

•Main motor start protecting device, when the machine units not be clocked, machine can’t run.

•Double feeding rubber roller, the rubber roller has slot for prevent the overlarge pressure.

•Front feeding rubber roller with air cylinder cushioning device, feeding accurately and stable, will not destroy the hardness of the cardboard when the feeding space is small.

•The side baffles adopt motorized digital control. The back baffle box be adjusted by motorized, the front baffles space adopts manual adjustment.

•With brush dust-remove device with dust-absorption blower. Can adjust the wind volume accord the cardboard size.

•Electric control units separation with warming belt, to ensure worker safe.

•Electric counting device set production quantity, when complete the production automatically warm( if use touch screen control, adjust quantity though touch screen directly.

Die Cutting Part

•Die cutting roller for the high quality steel materials,30mm thickness, balance correction, hard-chrome plating.

• Wallboard for highquality cast iron material,50mm thickness, and large processing center production.

• Soft-roll automatic grinding institutions to pouches repeat usage,grinding3-4times;

•Line speed automatic compensation to ensure that each batch of cardboard boxes full of die-size line;

•Use Imported Polyurethane soft rubber, ease of installation, can cut 12000000 times.;

•Mechanical soft roll about 40 mm lateral movement ,the pads wear uniform;
