The raw materials are proportioned by the computer after being carried into the storage bins and crushed into powder by the cylinder ball mill, then, blown into storage bins through pipes in which the materials are fully mingled.
Next, the powder is delivered to pelletizing workshop; get spraying pelletized by rotary granulators with diameter of 4m. The beads then are dried, dedustied and sieved by multi-functional screen.
Semi- finished product will be sintered in rotary kiln, and then get cooled, dedustied and rescreened. Eventually the finished product are packed and stored in warehouse.
In the raw material procurement process, WANLI processes advantage of abundant mineral resources nearby. The process is controlled strictly with comprehensive sampling and testing.
In pelletization process, with the automatic control system, WANLI can immensely reduce the consume of electricity and detritions of equipment, thus cutting down costs.
In sieving process, the patented multi-functional screening sieve invented by WANLI can perform the screening and inspection repeatedly with high efficiency. All particles will go through 4 systems controlled by the screen of combined rotary drum sieve to tally with the required size range.
In storage process, there is specialized finished product warehouse in the factory. The finished product will be packed and stored in the warehouse where the industry standards are strictly enforced especially the damp-proof and moisture-proof measures.
During the whole process, all the rules in QA/QC system are carried according to API SPEC Q1 & ISO 9001:2008, therefore the quality are strongly guaranteed. Besides, there are specialized pollution discharge systems in all the production procedures which decrease the pollution immensely. The vacuum dedusting equipments are installed in every workshop, which help to create a clean and healthy environment for staff.
