Installation steps: 

Ceiling Installation

  

1. Cut out two 5.5 mm holes (Diameter A) by using tools, the distance between two holes is about 900 mm (Can be

adjusted into the actual size requirements). Like picture (1)

2. Drive the Gecko (B) into the ceiling hole (A). Like picture (2)

3.Accesory installation: Using self-tapping screws to fasten the stainless steel mounting bracket C on the ceiling surface.

4.Lamp installation: Put the Lamp D into the stainless steel mounting bracket C, ensure its fasten condition. Like picture (4)

5.Lamp connection: The second lamp’s installation should be done (follow the step 1 to 4)like the finished one. Like

picture (5); Put the nearby male & female water-proof connector into connection. Like picture (6)

6.AC line input connection: Ensure the safety of wire joint, covered by the plastic electric tape  (or socket connect), then

must placed in a safe enviroment that against the rain. Like picture (7) & picture (8)

7.If it were not with a connect installation, just to follow the steps of picture shown (1), (2), (3), (4) , (7) , (8), come to a

finish easily.

Q1: What is the Warranty for the tube light?

A1:  For the tube light, we have 3 years warranty. And some special offer with 5 years warranty as customers request.

Q2:  What is colour temperature?

A2: King Star's LED Lighting offer ceilling lights in warm, natural, pure and cool white with colour temperatures measured

in  Kelvin (K). The lower the colour temperature is,the warmer the light given by the LED:

• Warm white = 2700K-3200K
• Natural white = 4000K-4500K
• Pure white = 5000K-5500K
• Cool white = 6000K-6500K

Q3:: What is CRI?

A3: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors. Higher CRI with higher cost. For LED tubes, the CRI is higher

than 80. For the outdoor light, the CRI higher than 70 is OK at most of applications.

Q4: What is the AC Voltage tolerance for our LED tubes?

A4: Their AC voltage tolerance is +/- 10%.

Q5: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

A5: For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time.For urgent orders,

we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
