1) For the sample, we need 10-12 workdays to finish ( If we have the products in stock, just need 2-3 workdays to ship out to you)

2) For the mass, we will take 35-40 business days to finish the production

Q: Can you provide free samples?

A: For the samples, we need to charge the sample cost. Because we have not the stock products, so we need to re-make the sample for you. So for each sample, we need the sample cost.

So if you need a proof of sample, pls contact our sales department directly and immediately to get a specific delivery quotation.

Q: What's your MOQ Policy?

A:  For our all products we have a MOQ request. The MOQ is 3000pcs, u can refer to our website for specific details on each product. And if you need other quantity or exact requirements, just contact our sales department.

Q: Do you print the brand logo ? 

A: Yes, our products can print the logo by yourself, and we also have the designer to set up the artwork for you approval.
