The Buyer will examine the goods on arrival and has 30 working days to notify the Seller of any discrepancy. The Buyer shall specify the basis of the claim in detail to the Seller taking into account:

a. Short shipment (i.e. inadequate quantity);

b. Wrong shipment (i.e. order errors);

c. Insufficient quality caused by production or packing

The failure of the Buyer to comply with these rules shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods and their quality. In the case that the complaints are confirmed by both parties, the Seller will refund the Buyer amount of money for the value of the claims.
