Self-managing center is mainly responsible for the background managing functions of the Bicycle Rental System. It including station information management, bicycle information management, bicycle dispatching management and user card information management modules. Meanwhile, in order to guarantee the safety of the equipments and reducing disputes, the central management system also requires security monitoring for the parking as well as against burglars.
