1) Its installation becomes easier and more simple, it adopts the hosepipe installation to makes the installation more "fool" tuped. Less space need and convenient to move;

2) The block ice machine adopts the coil pipe evaporator. You don't need to worry about that the salinity become low due to you no adding the salt in time which will result in the breaking down the evaporator due to the ice will form inside the evaporator;

3) The machine use the agitator, its quantity of brine flow beyond the water pump in large degree, and it is with better heat exchange effect. Besides, you don't need to worry about the high cost for repairing the water pump;

4) Energy-saving: ice-making power consumption had declined from 110KW to 74KW.h/ton block ice;

6) We adopt hydraulic pipe bending technology to make the coil pipe evaporator, it reduces the welding point greatly to make sure that the possibility of evaporator leakage is tiny. Q1: Why don’t you choose Ammonia as refrigerant ?
A: 1.As we know, Ammonia, with a strong pungent smell, is a toxic refrigerant. It have strong stimulation to our eyes, nose, throat, lung and skin. It can be danger of fire and explosion when the air concentration of ammonia is more than 15%. Therefore, the ammonia refrigeration system come under a rigorous regulatory approvals by the State administration of work safety.
2.Ammonia refrigeration system is complex, and is too risky to operate.So, it need somebody on duty 24 hours,which increase labor costs.
3.A very low automatic degreeand high power consumption of the equipment of Ammonia refrigeration system lead to a high machine running cost.

Q2: What configuration of the voltage of the machine is ?
A: We adopt standard voltage -380V/3P/50Hz usually, non-standard voltage can be customized, the price is extra.

Q3: What’s the power consumption of your block ice machine?
A: After a professional test, the power consumption of our block ice machine is 80 kw.h per ton ice, it is very energy save.

Q4:Why you use the coli pipe as the evaporator?
A:Our block ice machine adopts the coli pipe evaporator so that you don't need to worry about that the salinity become low due to you no adding the salt in time whice will result in the breaking down the evaporator due to the ice will form inside the evaporator.

Q5: Have you test your machine before shipping?

A: Yes, all of CBFI machine leaves factory with carefully examination after it was produced for 3 to 5 days. And when we install them at customer’s factory, we will test the block  ice machines again.

Q6: How long is the time of delivery?
A: The delivery time normally is 30 days after we receive the deposit. And If necessary, we will arrange the shipping for you.

Q7: Can you loadthe block ice machine into container?

Q8:What’s your usual practice about terms of payment ?

A:The payment can be T/T,L/C,Western Union, Money Gram and in Cash. The deposit is 30%, after we receive your deposit, we will start to produce the machine for you. The balance 70% should be paid before shipping.
