Animal dung dehydrator machine          

It use pump to pull the animal dung,like fowl manure, cow dung, etc.into dewater equipment,

the materialthrough the screen and then press by screw , the rotary speed of the machine can 

reach 45r/min,within the press of the screen and high rotary speed,the material will be dewatered 

by machine, and the water will enter into the pool through screen.

1 Usuage of Screw Press Animal Dung Dehydrator Machine

a, It could be used to reduce the water content of sawdust, animal dung, acid-sludge, medicine dregs, kitchen rubbish, and many other dregs.

b, If the raw material is solid, when its moisture if more than 60-90%, the machine could lower the moisture to around 50%.
c, If the raw material is liquid, the solid content in the raw material can be 30-40%, and the moisture of final product is about 40-50%, you can’t press out any water by hands. After processing with this machine, the final product could be used as raw material of organic fertilizer or biomass briquette.

2, Usuage of final productProducts

a. The liquid material can be directly used for crops as organic fertilizer;
b. The solid manure can be shipped to regions that lack of fertilizer to improve soil structure. What's more, mix in the grass bran stirring, adding strain fermentation, can be made of organic compound fertilizer granulation;
c. Can be made into granular feed, fish feed etc;
d. For flowers/special economic crop fertilization, can improve soil organic matter;

e. It also can be used for making biomass briquettes.
