BBI Series Ice Block Machine

BBI Series Ice Block Machine is the SECOND GENERATION  ice block machine developed by CBFI, adopting coil pipe evaporator. For its high efficiency, low power consumption and more “fool” typed installation, the BBI ice block machine has enjoyed its popularity around the world. 

Main Features

1) More "fool" typed installation, less space needed and convennient to move.

2) Energy saving, ice macking power consumption is only 74kW·h/ton block ice.

3) Adopting coil pipe evaparator, no need worrying about ice forming inside the evaporator.

4) Using agitator with better heat exchange effet, no need worrying about the high cost for repairing the water pump.

Features:

1.Stainless Steel 304 materials making block ice clean.
2.Unique groove design at the middle of the mould reduce ice pressure to the mould.

Coil Pipe Evaporator

Features:
1.Large heat exchange area of evaporator make the brine water cooling fast and ice freezing fast.
2.Unique oil return design ensures the compressor life.

3.Coil Evaporator was put inside the brine water tank directly, it's very convenient to clean the scale.
4.Hydraulic pipe bending technology reduces the welding point greatly.
