Membrane-Type microporous aerator:
Membrane-type microporous aerator is the latest aeration equipment in the 1980s. It is smaller in diameter of this aeration bubble, and large gas-liquid interfacial area,bubble spread evenly. The hole couldn't be pluged, and has strong resistance to corrosion. The Environmental Engineering College of Shanghai Tongji University and North China Municipal Engineering Design Institution cooperate to test oxygenation of pure water and waste water.
Connection and installation of aeration pipe:
The aerator is made up of aerator, cloth gas pipeline,third-channel,forth-channel, elbow coupling,conditioner,connectware, clean device and so on. Cloth gas pipelines are usually arranged by ring. Aereator density was decided by gas volume and pool-shaped. Aerator and cloth gas pipeline connected with G3/4 thread, base for the internal thread(fixed on cloth gas pipeline). Aerator is outeral thread, when installing firstly fix expansion bolt on floor of pool with right size of conditioner, second fix the cloth gas pipeline on conditioner with anchor ear. In order to avoid other work destroy the aeration equipment,such as welding sparks and heavy of civil engineering,so the aeration equipment must be fixed after finishing civil engineering and before turn on the water. In order to prevent leakage of gas in pipeline interface, firstly turn on the water about 10cm higher than the aerator, then turn on the gas ,if it is found that a connecting section of pipe leakage shall promptly removed.Then formally put into operation.

Air pipes should be designed to consider the pressure balance, preferably combining a ring network. Each intake pipe should be set up valve, in order to adjust the amount of air. Flow of air tube: 10-15m/s;branch pipes as follows:5m/s. Height between the floor of pool and aerator surface: 270mm, 250mm, push-type motor grader:200mm.
