1. What is the MOQ?

For your benefits and conditions, we offer sample order and trail order so the MOQ will be 1PCS.

2. What is the price?

The price is made up by 2 parts: product fee and freight fee. The product price is followed ladder price so your purchase quantity will determined the price. The freight fee is according to the weight, volume and delivery time, so you had better inform us the quantity and time you need. We can offer the best plan and calculate the exact price for you.

3. When will it arrived?

The time include 2periods since we got your payments: process your order until it finished, delivered to the shipping agent and until it send to the destination confirmed by you.

Normally the processing time will according your order quantity, except the goods are on stock.

The shipping time is according to the way you choose: by sea, air or international post, at the same time the cost is different.

4. What is the warranty?

The warranty time is 1 year. The problem will be inform us through email, message or call as feedback. After confirmed by our technical, we will take actions. Such as replacing product, sending parts to replace the broken parts and so on.
