Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are a professional manufacturer with experienced engineer team and strong production line.

Q: What does the bulb work with the switch?

A: There are 4 functions on the switch,  1st function is to control the light ON/OFF, 2nd is scene changes(night light, daylight, full bright), 3rd function is to change the brightness, and the last one is to adjust the color temperature.

Q: No Battery, how it works?

A: When press the switch, mechanical energy convert into electric energy, to send out a radio signal to the receiver and then to control the lights On/Off.

Q: What is the control distance?

Normally our standard device control distance is 10M~15M, through the wall available.
If you need longer distance, please contact us for customized design.

Q: Do you provide switches with other bands like 868MHz or 915MHz?

Yes, currently the most common one used in our switches is 433MHz,While we can also customize other bands(like 868/915MHz bands) according to your special demands.
