The coating operation is conducted in a closed state without dusry flying or syrup slashing. With a variety of application programs, this high efficiency laboratory tablet coating machine can record and print working conditions. The whole process is controlled by PLC and there are manual control and automatic control.
1. Special layout of the two fans,one blower, one fan, and formed a dry micro-environment of negative pressure ventilation; heat efficiency is high, dry quickly and has high production efficiency.
2. Because it is a special mode of ventilation, it will not have a protruding object, not the existence of substandard products; and whether by air or not air-jet spray will not be flying, so the effect of excellent jet.

5. Owing to the sealing design, it is not a jet dust flying and clean environment, and it is able to correspond with the GMP for the installation of high efficiency.
6. the rotary speed of Coating drum can be adjust by frequency converter easily.
7. this machine using specially designed spray gun that can easily connect; and spray can be adjusted more easily and dismantal, and easily connect with the peristaltic pump device
