House Description

This model uses modular structure for maximum simple onsite installation and high construction efficiency. 15 m2 is the minimum variable unit. All the MM style products are integer multiple of 15m2, e.g.: MM-30, MM-60, MM-90, MM-45(coming soon).

Efficient Transportation: 

15 m2 is an area of 20 feet container, modules can be packaged and stacked and then using reinforcing device in order to comply with the requirements of container transport.

Simple Installation:

In some cases, bath room and/or kitchen can be entirely finished and packaged  in container and can be used  on site without any piping neither interior decoration.
