The two color LED countdown signal. lamp is intended for indicating the remaining time to the car drivers and pedestrians when they drive or walk across the street. 

1. Working mode

a. The first one or two cycles is for memorizing time. The countdown function starts from the second or third cycle

b. When the red digital displays, the car or pedestrian should stop moving.

c. When the green digital displays, the car or pedestrian can move forward or across the street..
