CNG tube trailers, a kind of gas contaiment equipment to store high pressure CNG and made of large jumbo tubes, are widely used all over the world, clean energy and environment-friendly.

  

Part one: CNG tube cascade skid container and CNG tube trailer:

It can be mounted on trailers to transport CNG.

Hydraulic testing pressure: 375bar

Advantage: Small size and reasonable weight, it’s specially designed for CNG road transportation in weight limit areas such as downtown.

 

 

CNG tube cascade skid container: 40 feet

Filling capacity: 4 tube- 8480Nm3, 8tube-5100nm3, 9tube-6210nm3, 10tube-6900nm3, 11tube-8000nm3, 12tube- 8100nm3, 12tube -8700nm3, etc.

Working pressure: 250bar

Hydraulic testing pressure: 375bar

Advantage: It’s widely used in mother station or daughter station or places where CNG pipeline network hasn’t been built.It possesses features of mobility, large storage capacity, reasonable structure, safety operation, cost-effectiveness etc.

 

The tube skid container can be loaded onto the semi trailers to form mobile CNG tube trailers which can carrying CNG moving around.

CNG hydraulic trailer is part of CNG daughter station. It can store and transport CNG to daughter station, then fill cars via gas dispensers. Working pressure 200bar, it’s same as the CNG cylinder for vehicle, less equipment and easy to operate.

Filling capacity:4540NM3 per trailer, it will take 3-5 minutes to transfer from one trailer to another.

It works together with CNG booster skid, CNG dispensers, etc, as daughter station. Filling capacity is 1000CBM or 2000CBM per hour. It fits for medium size demand of CNG consumption, such as 300 to 500 cars to be filled per day.
