1. General Introduction

YDZZ-700 Mobile CNG Daughter Station consists of CNG compressor, high pressure CNG storage  cascade, CNG dispenser, CNG generator and container cabinet.

The daughter station skid shall be covered by container cabinet and connected with CNG tubes trailer(WP 250BAR) as gas resource by hose. CNG generator consumpts CNG from CNG tubes trailer to work as power supply unit .

The dispenser with three lines and double nozzles shall be installed in the skid. During refilling, firstly the high pressure natural gas will guide into buffer tank to decrease pressure for refilling by first line of CNG dispenser. When the pressure in tubes trailer decrease below 200 BAR, the CNG compressor starts work and refill CNG into loaders by double nozzles dispenser.

This CNG mobile daughter station has the features of reasonable structure, excellent automatic control model, lower energy consumption, lower noise, easy operation and maintenance. It is specially designed for non-piping region.

5. Warranty Time

  Luxi Group can provide 24 months warranty time for our clients since client's receipt of our station. Any defects about the spare parts, structure, installation which is caused by our mistake will be undertaken by Luxi New Energy. The cost shall also be borne by us.
