The machine is specially designed for adhesive manufacturer. It is mainly used to fill the silica sealant gel into plastic tube and sealing. The design of the machine diminishes the error in filling quantity resulting from high viscosity of adhesive, micro leak age and trail out. This machine is also installed with inert gas filling device to prevent silica gel from solid during filling and storing process. Pneumatic cap sealing device is available to ensure the reliable sealing.
