Principle

Raw material shall be fully grinded mixed emulsified and homogenization by emulsifying machine's heating, dissolving emulsfying , vacuum degassing and cooling all together.Therefore the delicatenness brightness and elasticity of the product shall be improved.

Characteristic

1 All the parts which contact raw material shall adopt SUS316 material and the product accords with GMP regulations.
2 Churn up raw material by agitating along the vessel wall. The rotating speed is 0-80 rpm and controlled by frequency conversion. clarifixerator shall adjust the rotating speed according to different technical dispensation.
3The homogenizer adopts German most advanced homogenization technology, the structure of which is unique and the quality of which is stable and reliable. ( rotating speed:0-3500)
4 Raw and auxiliary material shall be imbibed into emulsifying vessel automatically.
5The machine shall be easily operated and unique in appearance.
6The machine assembles button electric control cabinet / PLC computer controlled system, which has coloured touch screen and monitors temperature, rotating speed, and homogenization time of the material all the time.
