1.      Do you have quality inspection in your factory? do you provide a quality inspection form with all measurements?

----Yes, of course we have. Please kindly see attached file for our testing reports.

2.      Can you also coat the items (black anodize per specification)?

-----Yes, we can. we are able to make it with anodized per specification.

3.      What is your warranty for the items? What is the process if the parts do not meet specification?

-----Our inspector will check samples before mass production, after start production, we also have some inspectors check product every half an hour when we machining them, besides, before shipment, they will recheck parts to make sure it is good parts. If the parts do not meet specification, our inspector will reject it and inform our customer what situation for this item, also we will find a solution.

4.      What are your payment terms?

----Normally, the payment terms is 50% T/T at order,50% T/T before shipment.(Negotiable)

5.      What is the average delivery date?

----Concerning the samples, it will take about 7-14days.

       for mass production, it depends on the quantity and processing degree.
