        A very flexible multi-layered vibration damping material with polymer layer based on butyl rubber and aluminum foil outer surface. This material is equipped with self-adhesive glue layer.

Applications

 

Cut the material into desired shape with a graver or a scissor. 

Remove the release liner from the back and stick it on to the surface of the object, like partitions,ducts,doors,bins,panels 

It is also used for building construction, electronic industry, machinery, steel furniture, home appliances noise. 

Installation

1.Clean up the mounting surface, like the hood, trunk, floor, (for door and roof , need to remove the door panel, roof panel) with a quick-drying and residue-free solvent. Remove all dust, dirt, oil, moisture etc.

 2.Use scissors, knife or die to cut the mat to the desired size and shape before removing the release liner.   

 

Storage Period

        Above 500 Days. (The non-flammable materials goods, but not near heat sources to prevent the direct sunlight, so as to avoid deformation. )
