The direct management from our president of the technical quality department constitutes a whole process, more extensive quality management system covering top management to front-line staff . The factory has a series of professional testing equipment, including spectrometer, materials testing machine, cobalt magnetic measuring instrument,etc. and periodically test the equipment according to different proof standards .

Our company execute the ISO9000 quality management system, and operate strict quality control of every production process from raw material to packaging and storage. Each shield tool our factory manufactured has the serial number, so we can trace back to the raw material batches, process parameters and even operating persons. So do our picks!

Our former chairman Liu Yuhai who has been engaged in machinery manufacturing technology research area for more than forty years, is now being hired as our chief engineer. He enjoyed remarkable achievements including areas of wrenches, drilling tools, rock drilling tools,picks ,etc.Until 2010,he has won 21 national patents, including Shield machine tool class 11 items, mining picks class 10 items.

1.55 patents, including numerous invention patents, such as mosaic alloy strip cutter ring, new type sliding bearing shield machine roller cutter rotary structure, surfacing carbide cutter ring.

2.More than 10 scientific and technological progress award; strengthening pre-cutting bit industrialization projects listed in the National Torch Program.

3.Since 2010, 9 scientific and technological achievements have been identified by national technology department, amongst 7 items reached the international advanced level, 2 items reached domestic leading level.
