High Qulity Nutrition rice/ Artificial rice process line

 1.Introduction

This process line is studied in concern with the loss of nutritional elements in the rice which is made by the traditional rice processing. Rice and rice by-products can be produced to be highly nutritional foods by adding additional nutrient components after extrusion cooking. Further, for this process, the broken rice and rice bran can be reused. Process for making artificial rice grains, comprises a mixture of rice flour, water and hydrogenated oil in extruder, forming into rice-grain shape and drying and cooling in low temperature. The technique makes it possible to avoid the loss of nutrition.

7.Machine details

1.The screw is made of alloy(38CrMoAL)by Nitriding process, high strength and and wear-resisting. And it has good self-cleaning ability and doesn't need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when restarting or replacing of materials.

2.Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

3,Barrel with water-cooled circulation, it makes extruder can be used not only for corn/rice, also for wheat flour/starch which are raw matrials with high viscosity. through different moisture-extrusion temperature ratio, it can make whole-expanded and half-expanded as differnt types of products.

4.It adopts speed-adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food-grade stainless steel twin screw feeding machine guarntees stable materials feeding in the whole food process.

5.The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, which extends gear life.

6.Radiator is increased on driving part for forced cooling effect, and it ensures extruder operate safely.
