Hot Melt Pressure Sensitive Adhesive for Glass Bottle Label

It is a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for bottle label stock.                  

Itshows excellent initial tack, provide high bonding strenghth and excellent oil migration resistance.

Application

Operating temp:160°C ~195°C, depending on machine,

substrates, environment,…etc., conditions.

Applicable for the standard conventional Hotmelt slot extrude  application system.

Storage

Store in a dry place where the temperature is below 40°C and the storage life is one year. 

Precautions

• Do not mix with other adhesive, and application temperature NOT to exceed 190°C
• Keep containers and pre-melters covered to avoid contamination
• Material is applied hot. Appropriate clothing and eye protection should be use.
• Rotate stock-first in, first out.
