Transforming your mountain bike into a snow bike, If your bike has quick release hubs, no tools are needed, you just swap out the wheels with the rear track and front ski

Snow bike kits have been designed for limited condition use in snow and soft sand. Optimum performance will be in soft sand, powder or packed snow of at least 3 inches (8centimeters) in depth.
