This non-toxic and non-caustic gel pack can be used as a hot or cold compress.

Cold use:

1. Store pack in freezer for at least two hours.

2. Wrap in a light weight towel before use.

Hot use-by hot water

1.Place pack in the heated water for 10 minutes.

2.Remove pack from water with tongs.Wipe dry.

Place pack in hands to check for desired temperature. If too hot,let it cool.
