Usage of eye mask

Cold therapy:

1. Place the mask in the fridge for at least two hours before first use (0℃ to 4℃).

2. The mask can be stored in the fridge (0℃ to 4℃).

3. Place the mask on forearm to check for desired temperature before placing onto eyes.

4. Lie down then place the mask over the eyes using the elastic headband to hold in place.
